چکیده

همگرایی دیجیتال، به‌عنوان فعالیت جسمانی خوردن همراه با یک فرد (به‌صورت آنلاین یا آفلاین) با استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های خوراک به‌وسیلة بینامتنیت اینستاگرام به سوی ارتباطی پایدار، مستلزم استفاده از مدل تلفیقی پیکره‌بنیاد در چارچوب تحلیل گفتمان تعاملی چندشیوه است. این مدل ما را قادر می‌سازد تا مناظرة حل‌ناپذیر میان کنش‌های اجتماعی و ابزارهای بیناکنش‌گر را بررسی کنیم. معناپردازی همگرایی دیجیتال ایرانی نگرش‌هایی را برای در نظر گرفتن ذائقة معنادار کاربر و عادات‌های آن‌ها فراهم می‌آورد که مبتنی بر نظام خوراک، از جمله انتخاب نوع غذا، روش‌های آماده‌سازی، ترتیب و شیوة غذا خوردن است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که هر چند اپلیکیشن‌های ایزی-پز و مامان-پز با بهره‌گیری از بینامتنیت اینستاگرام کنش‌های تعاملی اینستاگرام را برای سازوکارهای تعاملی اینستاگرام، بر برگزاری مراسم و چالش گسترش هم‌گرایی آفلاین تأکید دارند، هم‌گرایی آنلاین در اپلیکیشن مستر تیستر با اینفلوئنسری و در اپلیکیشن مایی با موکبانگ گسترش می‌یافت. همچنین، اپلیکیشن‌های دلینو و اسنپ‌فود با تجهیز سازوکار‌های تحویل غذا به افراد، از کنش‌های بیناکنش‌گری در اجرای همگرایی آنلاین-به-آفلاین بهره می‌برند.
